Minagawa group published a paper.

Assistant Professor Kim Eun-cheol (currently at Nihon University) and Professor Jun Minagawa of the National Institute for Basic Biology, Professor Akihito Ishizaki of the Institute for Molecular Science/Graduate School of Science at the University of Tokyo, and Associate Professor Kim Heetae of the Korea Institute of Energy and Technology, used a new approach called “quantum transport network analysis” to visualize energy flow at the molecular level, and revealed that the optimal arrangement of chlorophyll a and b in LHC II improves photosynthetic efficiency and provides photoprotection.
